Multi-Stakeholder Forum Highlights Digital Twins and Data Spaces for Smart Water Management
Last Thursday, October 31, the IDEATION and WATERVERSE projects hosted a pivotal multi-stakeholder forum in Larnaca, attracting over 40 participants from public and semi-public organizations, as well as companies involved in various stages of the water cycle. This event provided an engaging platform to discuss the critical role of #DigitalTwins and #DataSpaces in advancing water management strategies.
Dr. George M. Milis of PHOEBE Research and Innovation Ltd, alongside with Dr. Demetris Elliadis from KIOS and the University of Cyprus, delivered an insightful session titled “Digital Twins and Data Spaces as Tools for Developing Smart Water Management Systems.” Their presentation emphasized the transformative capabilities of these technologies in optimizing and securing water resources.
